“I think listening is probably the most important thing we do as psychologists, but we also must always be focused on providing skills and tools to help our patients to alleviate their symptoms. We work hard to hire people that will both connect with our patients and have the expertise to get them feeling better, faster.”

Dr. Amanda Volper

“In most group practices right now, patients are assigned randomly to who has space. Because each of our therapists have a different set of expertise and skills, as well as different personalities and styles, we make sure to tailor the experience before assigning a patient. Every time we speak with a new client scheduling an appointment, we spend time thinking about who’s going to be the right fit to personalize the experience.”
